Workshop format:

• Email introducing the guidepost with video.

• One 90-minute live Zoom session facilitated by Kelley teaching on the theme, instructing creative exercises in your workbook, and sharing as a group. 

• Get creative using art supplies in your workbook exercises.

• Set small goals to integrate practices into your daily life.
